| Description: 2 pm – 3 pm Most of us willingly offer nurture and care to other people. But how skilled are you at nurturing yourself? We cannot pour from an empty cup, so it’s essential that we prioritize our own self-care and replenish our energy so we don’t burn out. In this gentle session, come learn why it’s not selfish to nurture yourself first. You’ll leave with practical strategies for improved rhythm, rest, sustainable creative practices and a stronger sense of your core identity. This workshop is suitable for adults and teens ages 16+.
