The City of Chilliwack is requesting Quotations from qualified Proponents who possess the required experience and resources for the completion of the Chilliwack Housing Needs Report in accordance with the specifications specified herein. Proponents are expected to be familiar with the local area and have expertise in housing needs assessments, public engagement, local government legislation, and policy development. It is expected that the consultant will work in close collaboration with City Staff and provide training in data collection, projection, and analysis for future reports as required by the Province. The goal of this project is to develop a Housing Needs Report which meets the requirements of the Local Government Statues (Housing Needs Reports) Amendment Act and the Housing Needs Report Regulations and UBCM grant criteria. The City will accept Quotations for this Work from qualified Consultants only. |
