This Request for Standing Offers is issued for the purpose of selecting two (2) or more
experienced and qualified Contractors, on a non-exclusive basis to supply professional Welding and 
Fabrication Services for fleet vehicles and equipment, including structural and pressure welds, 
custom part fabrication, and component replacements for the City of Chilliwack on an “as
and when” required basis. There is no implied guarantee of a minimum number of hours of Work.
