The goal of the 2025/2026 WWTP Outfall Monitoring Study is to obtain a complete assessment of the integration of the effluent from the WWTP with the ambient water in the Fraser River, pursuant to the Ministry of Environment (MoE) Authorization # 39, Tracking No. 314968 and Updated Receiving Environment Monitoring Program and Phosphorus Management Plan completed by Associated Engineering in 2018. In addition, the selected Consultant should harmonize the list of water quality parameters to match both the MWR & the WSER as well as better document the lateral extent of the effluent plume to verify dispersion. |
