The Scope of Work for this Project will include but not be limited to:
- Removal and disposal of existing end of life roofing components.
- Remedial works on any compromised roofing insulation or roofing components.
- Capacity to install roofing types including but not limited to: TPO, EPDM, SPS, asphalt shingle or any typical roofing type as defined by the project roofing specifications.
- Supply of labour, materials and equipment necessary to install new roofing systems including carpentry, flashing and any other required components to complete a watertight roofing system.
