The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents for the 2024 Culvert Inspection Program. The City of Chilliwack owns approximately 2000 culverts, all varying in age, size, and material. The condition of the culverts is of concern to the city since a failure or unplanned replacement would be costly and could have considerable social and environmental impacts. The culvert inspection program is an initiative taken by the City to monitor and plan repairs and replacements for our aging inventory. |
