The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents for the Bailey Sanitary Landfill Regulatory Reports. The eight (8) required regulatory reports (plans and assessments) include: In addition to the required regulatory reports, the City is also seeking cost estimates for the capital works in the regulatory reports, as well as the preparation of an overall Future Site Development Plan that would allow for additional facilities for recycling, compostable waste and soils management. |
