After you download a document for a specific bid opportunity, you will then be notified of any new documents that have been associated with that bid opportunity (amendments, addendums, etc.) via the e-mail address you enter. If you still do not download the new document(s) after receiving the e-mail, you will be contacted using another method.

The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RfQ) is to invite Interested Parties to submit The Responses to this Request for Qualifications will be used to identify a shortlist of up to three (3) qualified Respondents who will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal. The Scope of Work for this Project will include a new building with a floor area of approximately 28,500 square feet. Current plans include a reception/administration area of approximately 1,000 square feet and an open floor area of 27,500 square feet to accommodate 10 pickleball courts. The City has retained MQN Architects to design the facility. |
