| Description: Saturday, Oct 18 from 2:00 – 5:00 pm join the Chilliwack Community Arts Council for our first annual fundraising event: The Pottery Bowl. The event will take place at The Art Room: 20-5725 Vedder Rd. For $20 patrons will enjoy a bowl of freshly made soup and take the pottery bowl of their choice home with them. These one-of-a-kind bowls have all been handmade by local potters Holly McKeen, Kelly McQuhae, Jan Pratt, and Sue Schellenberg, and have been decorated by twenty-seven local celebrities. Once you select your bowl, the artist responsible for creating it will be revealed. There will be live music provided by artist Mark Andre, as well as a local harvest market on site, courtesy of Greendale Herb and Vine, to add to the festivities.
