Parks
The City of Chilliwack has over 80 parks which together make up over 139 hectares of green space. Parks vary in equipment and services. Most of the Community Parks and smaller parks have playgrounds, picnic tables, basketball courts, hockey nets or tennis courts.
Gwynne Vaughan Park
A heritage home on 6.8 acres of prime residential land that was willed to the City of Chilliwack for the use by the community as a park.
Island 22
A popular fishing, walking and equestrain centre owned by the City of Chilliwack and operated under a management agreement with the Fraser Valley Regional District.
Mt Thom
With the main pedestrian and equestrian trails completed, you can now hike to Mt. Thom’s lookout point at an elevation of 484 metres and enjoy spectacular valley and mountain views
