| Description: Your Story - A Memoir Writing Workshop. If you have always wanted to write your story but don't know where to start then this course is for you. Local speaker, author of 'What Men Won't Talk About and Women Need to Know - A woman's perspective on prostate cancer' and co-author of 'Choosing to Smile' will conduct a one day workshop on how to start and finish writing your story. Whether you want to publish or simply share your memories with family and friends this introductory course will get you on the fast track to making it happen. Supplies required: Laptop with Microsoft Word capabilities and/or a notebook/pen thesaurus. A few pictures of momentous moments from throughout your life. Instructor: Glenda Standeven, Date: Saturday March 1 Time 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. COST: Members $20, Non Members $25. |
