| Description: Known for its never-ending dessert decadence and musical theatre talent, our Confectioner’s Cabaret is back June 17, this year with a new focus. Secondary Characters is celebrating Canada and all its diversity with a Canada 150 program, featuring an array of local groups that all have connections to SC. This year’s exciting Cabaret line-up includes: The Valley Babes (of Bookman video fame), The Maybelles, Jeff Bodner ‘Essence of Elvis,’ and Ever After Princesses. A Canada 150 program wouldn’t be complete without a little Canadian representation; SC cast members perform songs from home grown musicals Anne of Green Gables and The Drowsy Chaperone, as well as a selection of other well-known favourites. June 17, 7:00pm, doors and princess meet & greet 6:30pm. Tickets $20, $5 for 12 & under, available on our website or from Long & McQuade, Chilliwack. |
