| Description: ART for PEACE SERIES. Explore art and its power to inspire. Learn techniques by studying masters and create your own works of art expressing your vision of peace using. Join one or both workshops! Instructor: Darlene Kee, Tuesdays June 3, 10 & June 17, 24. 3:30 - 5:00. Ages: 7-12. June 3 & 10: Study Marc Chagall and the dreamlike quality of his work. Use your imagination to create your own ideal world in paint. June 17 & 24: Study Frida Kahlo and the power of her images. Create your own work about world peace. Cost: $35 per each 2 day workshop, $59 for both workshops. Members save an additional 10%. |
