| Description: Middle Eastern Dance with Dona Lilly Beginners/ Intermediate Belly dance is a happy combination of an art form and a total body workout that engages body and mind. The rhythmic body movements are designed to maintain body flexibility and strength. You will be introduced to the music, steps and costumes.
