Bid / Tenders

The tender consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and anything else required to install a retaining wall arould a portion of the perimeter of the man made Salish Pond.  Work includes furnishing and installing modular concrete block retaining wall units to the lines and grades designated on the construction drawings. 

SECURITY:  Performance, Labour, and Materials security in the amount of 25% of total tender price will be reuqired from the successful tenderer.

SITE MEETING:  A site meeting shall take place on February 24, 2005 starting at 9:30 am.  Contractors are asked to meet the Project Manager, Mr. Dave Snider at the Salish Pond entrance beside the Chilliwack Library located at 45860 First Avenue, Chilliwack, B.C.  

CLOSING:  3:00 p.m., March 8, 2005
