The Information Technology (IT) department provides computer related technical support services to all departments of the City. These include:
- Website development and maintenance
- Programming services for in-house applications
- Technical help-desk support
- Network administration
- PC support
- Telecommunications
- Administration of all security systems
- Monitoring of Systems Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) programs which maintain flows and controls of the water and sewer systems
