The work consists of removing and replacing the roof on the Evergreen Hall.

BID SECURITY:  10% of the total Tender Price.

PERFORMANCE SECURITY:  Upon award, Performance and Labour and Materials Security each in the amount of 50% of the total tender price. 

MANDATORY SITE MEETING:  There will be a mandatory site meeting on February 6, 2013 starting at 12:30 pm at 9291 Corbould Street.
