Work:

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from Proponents to enter into a Service Contract agreement with the City of Chilliwack for the collection of street trash bins, residential solid waste, provision of containers as applicable, servicing of recycling depots and municipal recycling sites, and customer service, liason and education.  The Contract is for 5 years, commencing on May 1, 2009.  This Contract may be extended for three successive one-year periods, by mutual agreement of the parties in writing.  The City intends to evaluate all Proposals, select a preferred Proponent and negotiate a Service Contract with that Proponent.
