InfoChilliwack.ca is a website where you can access up to date information about the range of health and social services and programs that are available to residents of Chilliwack. This inventory of health and social services is the result of a partnership between the Social Issues Advisory Committee of Chilliwack, and the Chilliwack Social Research and Planning Council.
The information on this website was compiled using a template provided by Information Services Vancouver (ISV) who is taking the lead in promoting a province wide 211 service (a social service information data bank). When completed, clients will be able to find and access services by talking to operators trained to assess needs and help find solutions for specific problems.
Until the provincial 211 system is up and running, infochilliwack.ca will provide a searchable database that allows organizations and individuals to explore the range of services and programs that are available, and to find information necessary to contact or access a specific service or program.
