Work:

The tender consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision and anything else required for the construction of a freestanding pre-cast concrete and steel building, approximately 46.0 m², containing male & felmale washrooms and an electrical room that will service the adjacent park development as described in the Tender Document. 

BONDING:  Performance Bond and Labour & Materials Bond, each in the amount of 25% of total tender price.  Irrevocable letter of credit or certified cheque may be substituted for a bond. 

SITE MEETING:  Contractors are invited to attend a site meeting.  The meeting will convene at 2:00 p.m. at the Chilliwack Central Community Park Washroom Building site on June 28th, 2005. 

Tender documents, including the Invitation to Tender, can be obtained on or after June 22nd, 2005 ONLY from the following at no cost:
