The City of Chilliwack Engineering & Operations Department is requesting lump sum quotations for the Engineering Survey and Plan Preparation on the following projects:

A)   Wells Road Lift Station & Forcemain, from Wells Road to Luckakuck Way
B)   Unsworth Road, from Simpson Road to Elsie Place

The intent of this survey and plan preparation is to provide Design-Build teams with accurate information, from which they can prepare comprehensive proposals. (plan, profile, and/or cross section drawings)

Quotations will be received by the Purchasing Department of the City of Chilliwack no later than March 1, 2005.  Quotations may be faxed to the attention of Mr. Paul Whitehouse, Purchasing Manager, by filling out the required information on the "Quotation Summary Sheet" provided and faxing to (604) 795-2963.
