The City of Chilliwack requires the services of a consultant to provide Engineering Services for the design, tendering and construction phases for the 2010 Utilities Upgrade Project. 

The consultant shall supply all survey services for design purposes and will prepare base plans in a digital format for use in preparing plan and profile design drawings.  Existing water, sewer, drainage, roads, driveways, sidewalks, curb and gutter, street lighting and other utilities shall be shown on the digital plans to be provided.
