Work:

To supply all labour, materials and equipment to reconstruct the parking lot and laneways in the vicinity of #9347 & #9343 Young Road, including concrete curb an dgutter, sidewalk, landscaping, street lighting, and asphalt paving as stated in the tender document.

SECURITY:  Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the total tender price including GST.

BONDING:  Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Bond each in the amount of 50% of total tender price including GST.

Tender Documents, including the Invitation to Tender, can be obtained on or after Monday, August 18, 2008 from the Main Reception at a cost of $100.00 at:
