Residents can apply for an Exemption Certificate to water new sod or seeded lawns under certain conditions.

An Exemption Certificate allows watering any day between 5 and 8 a.m or 7 and 10 p.m.  Watering outside of these times may result in revoking of the certificate and a fine.

Requirements can be dropped off at the Engineering Department or emailed to the contact listed on the sidebar under "For More Information..."

• submit proof of purchase (receipt)
• submit photos of new sod/seeded lawn

Exemption Certificates will be valid for 21 days from the date of installation.
