After you download a document for a specific bid opportunity, you will then be notified of any new documents that have been associated with that bid opportunity (amendments, addendums, etc.) via the e-mail address you enter. If you still do not download the new document(s) after receiving the e-mail, you will be contacted using another method.

The Project will generally be designed in accordance with the current City of Chilliwack Subdivision and Development Control Bylaw, Transportation Association of Canada, current directives, accepted standards, specifications, practices, policies and procedures in effect at the date of the execution of the agreement. The successful Proponent will undertake all necessary site investigations depending on the preliminary design solution, and satisfy the project requirements for identifying potential risks of the Project for future performance specifications. |
