Fitness Class Descriptions:
Cardio Ball
A new fun-filled hour class learning to bounce to music while seated on a stability ball. As you bounce you will learn balance and
motion by traveling forward and back & side to side. First 40 minutes is cardio and last 20 minutes is abs and stretching using the ball.
Cardio Light
This is a non-impact cardio class for seniors or beginners to fitness. In this friendly atmosphere, participate in 40 minutes of cardio,
followed by 20 minutes of strength and flexibility training, all to great music.
Cardio Remix Express A 45 minute mix of intense cardio and choreography that can be adapted to all fitness levels.
Cardio & Sculpt Light Join in for a beginner cardio class using a variety of formats to elevate your heart rate and burn calories. Follow up with a strength
and conditioning segment to burn calories for fat loss while toning and tightening muscles. This is a great overall workout!
Chair Yoga
Learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation, with the aid of a chair.
Fat Burner
Join us for a classic high or low impact choreographed floor class to elevate your heart rate and burn calories.
Power Circuit
Power through cardio and strength exercises in this exciting class. Move from different exercises to develop strength, aerobic and
anaerobic endurance, flexibility and coordination.
Sit & Be Fit
This is a seated class for seniors or beginners to fitness incorporating cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training.
Step
Enjoy a high-energy choreographed step class to elevate your heart rate and burn calories.
Step Light
Enjoy a high-energy choreographed step class, designed for beginners in mind. Learn all the moves at a comfortable pace, all while
elevating your heart rate and burning calories.
Step, Strength &
Stability
This is a class that features 45 min (approx.) of high energy, choreographed step, followed by 35 min (approx.) strength and
conditioning, and ending with a 10 min. full-body stretch. Burn calories, gain strength and stamina in the 1.5 hour class.
Trim & Tone
This is a strength and conditioning class designed to improve balance and core while toning and tightening the muscles from head to toe.
Yoga/Pilates Fusion This class incorporates yoga and Pilates to strengthen and lengthen the core to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Learn to
create a fusion of the mind and body.
Zumba
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will
blow you away!
