Aqua Fit – Shallow
The Aqua fit for everyone! This shallow water
class is not only fun and effective, but also one of
the safest workouts ever. Water workouts mean
fewer injuries because your body is assisted
by the water. Water also provides twelve times
greater resistance than air so you can count on a
great training effect. Everyone welcome!
Aqua Fit – Deep
Using various flotation devices, aqua fitness
in the deep water is an effective way to get a
total body workout without the jarring impact of
dry land classes. No experience is necessary,
however the opportunity to work hard and have
fun are endless!
Aqua Fit Light
Aqua fit for all adults! This light class is a shallow
water class that focuses on core stability, joint
mobility, is less strenuous and one of the safest
workouts available. Easy on the joints!
Aqua Zumba
Known as the Zumba “pool party”, Aqua Zumba
gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating
workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even
shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are
often heard during an Aqua Zumba class.
Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy
with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua
Zumba blends it all together into a safe,
challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-
conditioning, body-toning, and most of all,
exhilarating beyond belief.
*All classes are 60 minutes long unless otherwise noted.
*All express classes are 45 minutes long unless otherwise noted.
