Implementation of the Healthier
Community Plan (addressing
homelessness, mental health,
addictions and crime) begins with the
establishment of a Stewardship Council
and the identification of a coordinator
to support it. A terms of reference
for the Stewardship Council has been
developed, and the inaugural meeting
of the Council has occurred.
