If you are interested in booking the Party Space, email is the best way to reach us and complete the paperwork. Welcome to the 25/26 school year! GECSS is a non-profit organization & one of six Community Schools in the Chilliwack School District. GECSS exists to serve the community of Greendale with programs and events that help bring us together as well as offer a gathering and event hosting for birthdays and celebrations. GECCS offers afterschool programs for school-aged children, starting right after the dismissal bell @ 1:58pm - 3:15pm. We offer programs such as Lego/Loom, creative kids (crafts & art), Gym time/Free play, Basketball, Acting, Golf, Floor hockey, Library centers, etc. All programs are open to students of Greendale and students in the community. (Registration first come-first serve and programs do fill up fast so once the info comes out via email & Facebook, register asap if there is a program you would like for your child) At dismissal time, children will come down to GECSS office (across from gymnasium) and will be offered a healthy snack and enjoy some outdoor/indoor play, weather dependent, with GECSS staff supervision until the scheduled program begins at 2:15pm. Some programs are hosted by GECSS staff (Mrs. Andrea & Miss Chelsea) and other programs are held with coaches and instructors and one GECSS staff member.
