SPORT HERO AWARDS
Is there a long-standing sport volunteer in your organization that deserves a pat on the back? The
Community Sport Heroes Awards program is a celebration to recognize and thank outstanding Chilliwack
sport volunteers for their dedication and leadership in the community. Do you know of anyone who
makes a voluntary contribution either through coaching, officiating, boosting, administration, special
events or programming etc ? If you would like to recognize them by submitting in 150 Words or less
summarize the sport volunteer contributions of this nominee, including: how they have contributed to
the sport, years of service, roles and responsibilities, “real life” job, outside interests.
Each “Hero” will be recognized at the
Community Sport Heroes Reception
May 2nd, 2018 at 5:30pm and at the
Best Western Rainbow Country Inn
