Yarrow Community School
Yarrow Community School is very
grateful for the support from the City
of Chilliwack and SD #33. It is due to
these successful partnerships that we
are able to offer programming to our
neighbours and larger community.

Puddle Jumpers Daycare
Licensed Group Daycare for children 30
months-5 yrs. Full and part time rates
and family rates for 3 or more children
in our childcare programs. Registration
pkgs. available at the community school
office or drop by and see us in Puddle
Jumpers.
Jelly Beans Preschool
Licensed 3 and 4 yr. old programs.
Qualified, experienced and FUN
teachers. You can pick up a reg. pkg. at
the school office or call if you have any
questions.
Before and After
School Care
Licensed Out of school care for school
age children. Full and part-time rates

Pickle Ball
Pickle Ball is the fastest growing
sport and Yarrow is not getting left
behind. We have a very enthusiastic
bunch coming out to our gym and
playing. Drop by Monday evenings
6:30-9:00pm. and give it a try. It’s
only a toonie for drop in and all ages
are welcome. There is some loaner
equipment for first timers. For more info

Pilates
Don’t put off joining Jolene for the fall
Pilates session. Wed. evenings 7-8pm.
First class is Wed. Sept. 12th. Please
bring your own mat and water bottle.

Zumba
Certified Instructor-Joan Koppes.
Tuesdays 7-8pm. This class is suitable
for people 14 yrs. and up. If you didn’t
already know Zumba is the really
popular Latin dance inspired fitness
class. The instructor promises the steps
are easy to follow. Wear running shoes
and bring your own water. Fall session
starts Tuesday, Sept. 11th.
DSLR Cameras for
Beginners
Instructor: Kim Odell Woodbury. Wed.
evenings 7-8:30pm. Sept. 18th-Oct.
16th. Cost is only $90. This course
will involve hands on instruction to
help you get off Automatic and take
control of your photography! We will
cover creative ways to capture light and
emotion in photos, as well as learn how
to do some professional tricks on an
amateur’s budget!
FREE – Basic Computer
Classes for Seniors
are
available with the Chilliwack Learning
Community Society. Bring your own
laptop and learn how to use it. Class
days and times to be announced.

Anyone Can Draw!
We are just finalizing some plans for
a Kids Drawing class with Stephan
