| Description: 3 pm – 4 pm How much do you know about osteoporosis? It's a disease also known as the “silent thief” because bone deterioration can occur over a number of years without presenting any symptoms. At least 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men will suffer from an osteoporotic fracture during their lifetime. It is never too late to keep your bone strong and take measures to prevent fractures. Come out and ask your knowledgeable London Drugs pharmacist about medications, calcium, vitamins, foods, and exercise that will help keeping your bone strong! Registration required. |
