The classes have been very full, arrive early, bring a mat if you have one, and don't worry about anything : ) At Studio B Yoga we encourage a mindful and balanced lifestyle everyday and believe yoga should be available to anyone. You are welcome to join only this free class every Saturday or experience a variety of classes. Gently flow through your practice while working on poses. This class accommodates a wide range of experience levels from beginner to students that have practiced for a long period of time. The class works on a balance between strength and flexibility while building endurance and improving your breathing and posture. We have all the mats and props you may need for the class. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver if it is your first class, and get settled. A program incorporating the foundations and values of yoga with life skills, educational workshops and fun activities that are designed to engage, empower and connect Chilliwack youth within the community. In this program we will focus on both yoga and restorative justice values; Balance, Community, Honesty, Integrity, Lifestyle and Learning. All youth welcome ages 15-18. Program runs Friday's from 3:30pm to 5pm (excluding good Friday); a light snack is provided. Pre-registration is required.
