The City of Chilliwack (City) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EIs) from qualified Proponents to develop, design and construct the “WWTP Inlet Works Upgrade Project” (the “Project”). The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) is to solicit submissions from Proponents, with expertise in Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) infrastructure engineering and construction and an understanding of infrastructure upgrade impacts on the existing WWTP operations.
