The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from eligible Proponents from which the City can select a Preferred Proponent to negotiate toward entering into a formal Biosolids Management Agreement with the City of Chilliwack to manage the handling and beneficial re-use of approximately 4,000 tonnes of Class "B" Biosolids generated annually by the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The term of the Agreement is expected to be five years.
