Young and Princess Parking Lot
Project Update
Construction of the parking lot began in June. The parking lot is now paved with line markings and is ready to use.
Lighting, landscaping and sidewalk upgrades are scheduled for completion in August/September.

Project Details
A new parking lot will be constructed at 9240 Young Road, 45998, 46002 and 46010 Princess Avenue to provide additional parking for those visiting the downtown core.
The completed project will have:
- 65 parking spaces with 1 accessible stall
- Multi-use pathway along Princess Avenue frontage
- Boulevard with street trees
- Lighting upgrades
- Traffic signal upgrades
- Drainage upgrades.
