| Description: The Foodie Collective Series. In the “Foodie Collective Series” we invite you to join us every month for our culinary programs where cultures and spices collide. Guest chefs and talented cooks will demonstrate new recipes and cooking techniques. These workshops are designed for both the novice cook and culinary connoisseur. Anu Kaur, will be teaching 2 workshops featuring popular Indian Cuisine. Indian – Kashmiri Chicken, Thursday, May 8, 6:30 - 8:30 pm, Adult Kashmiri Chicken is a mild spicy, creamy and delicious Chicken curry made with whole garam masala and cooked with onion tomato gravy and dry fruits. Also learn to make chappatis (Indian flat bread) and pulao (Indian rice). Indian – Aloo Gobi, Thursday, May 15, 6:30 - 8:30 pm, Adult Aloo Gobi is a delicious main dish made with potatoes, cauliflower, and a great blend of spices cooked in North Indian style. This great main dish is served with chappatis (Indian flat bread) and Raita (homemade yogurt). Costs: $29 each class or $55 for the 2 classes. Members save an additional 10%. |
