The Work consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and anything else required to coat the existing metal roof with the specified product along with the removal and replacement of gutter hangar straps and all sheet metal flashings as described and dispose of same as shown on the drawings as as specified in the Tender Documents. All material, roofing or otherwise, is to be installed to Roofing Contractors Association of B.C. guarantee standards or better and/or manufacturer's instructions. |
