The City of Chilliwack is seeking Requests for Expressions of Interest to design and construct the Biological Treatment System Expansion Phase 1 project at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. 

The project will comprise of construction of a new aerated bioreactor to convert the existing trickling filter/solids contacts (TF/SC) process to a roughing filter/activated sludge (RF/AS) process and a third secondary clarifier.
