WORK:  To provide grooming services for twenty five baseall infields (25) at eleven (11) locations over a one (1) year period, extendible by three additional one year periods upon mutual agreement between the owner and the successful contractor.  This contract is to include all materials, labour and euipment needed to perform the tasks outlined in this tender document. 

BONDING:  Performance Securities in the amount of 10% of the total tendered amount.
