Work:

The project objective is to construct a 1664 sq. foot truck bay to post disaster standards and to upgrade the parking area drain services.  Asphalt paving will be limited to patching and tying existing blacktop into new building addition and catch vasin as well as the construction of a truck apron. 

A pre-selection process will be used to identify three qualified and complete contractors to be selected to receive Tender documents for this project.  The document outlines the overall scope of the project, sets out the requirements for the Request for Contractor Qualifications and indicates the process to be used to select the short-listed contractor.
