WORK: The tender consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision and anything else required for the construction of Well #8 Pump House including Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Works as described in the tender document.
SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total tender price.
BONDING: Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Bond each in the amount of 50% of total tender price.
SITE MEETING: Contractors are required to attend a site meeting. The meeting will convene at 10:00 am at the Annis Road Pump Station site located at 8343 Annis Road on February 17th, 2004.
