Bid / Tenders

WORK:  One year contract to supply all labour, equipment and cleaning materials for the cleaning of the Regional District/Fire Hall Building. 

MANDATORY SITE MEETING:  A tour of the building shall be conducted by Mr. Ryan Mulligan, Manager of Civic Facilities on February 11th, 2004.  Tenderers should arrive at 45950 Cheam Avenue at 9:00 am.

PERFORMANCE SECURITY:  Performance Security in the amount of 25% of total tender price will be required by the successful tenderer.

Enquiries should be directed to Mr. Ryan Mulligan, Manager of Civic Facilities and Project Manager by calling 604.793.2904.  The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.  Contractors, their employees and sub-contractors must have a minimum of three years experience in commercial janitorial services and pass a security clearance check.
