Work:
The Work consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and anything else required to remove and dispose of the single ply EPDM membrane on the existing IRMA roof system and to replace with a 2 ply SBS membrane and to include carpentry and replacement of sheet metal as specified in the drawings and details of the Tender Document.  All materials, roofing or otherwise are to be installed to the roofing Contractors Association of BC guaranteed standards and/or the Manufacturer's instructions.
