Work:

The Work to be constructed under this contract includes the following:

Construct roadworks, storm sewer and street lighting, as well as installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment controls during construction. 

A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque must accompany each Bid and the successful Bidder will be required to post a Performance and Fulfillment Bond and and Labour and Material Payment Bond.

Sealed Bids in envelopes marked "Bid for Chilliwack Cultural Centre Parking Lot Expansion - Do Not Open" will be received by Aplin & Martin Consultants Ltd., 101 - 33230 Old Yale Road, Abbotsford, BC V2S 2J5, up to 1400 hours local time on August 12, 2010.  Bids must be on the Form of Bid, which must not be detached from the Contract Document.
