Work:

WORK:  The City wishes to add on to the south side of the existing WWTP Maintenance Building with an appearance and finishes similar to the existing building.  The Contractor will be required to provide all services, labour, materials and equipment necessary to perform the Work which generally includes the construction of the addition to the south end of the existing Maintenance Building located at 44820 Wolfe Road, Chilliwack, BC.

BID SECURITY:  10% of the total Tender Price to be submitted with Tender Document.

PERFORMANCE SECURITY:  Upon award, Performance Security and Labour and Materials Security each in the amount of 50% of the total tender price.
