The Work consists of:

  • Approximately 410m of watermain including a bored/augered steel casing under TCH (Annis Road)
  • Approximately 1000m of 200mm diameter C900 sewage forcemain including a bored/augered steel casing under CN Rail (Charles Street)

TENDER SECURITY:  10% total bid bond

PERFORMANCE SECURITY:  Upon award, Performance and Labour and Material Bond in the amount of 50% of the tender price.
