The purpose of this Community Event Checklist is to coordinate services you may require, from the City of Chilliwack, in order to make your event as successful as can be. Many of the City's requirements for hosting an event are contained within this process so please only fill out those sections that are applicable to your event. Additionally, please be as detailed as possible when making your requests. If you require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact the Recreation and Culture Department at 604-793-2904.
If you would like to invite the Mayor and Council to your event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 604.793.2900 and provide details such as: expectations (would you like the Mayor to speak or cut a ribbon), date, time, location, names of other VIP attendees, whether an RSVP is required, and scheduled activities.
